School groups enjoy visiting the Wildlife Safari for scientific field trips. The Education Department gives guided tours for students and teachers. As we travel through the entire park, our staff points out each individual species, giving interesting facts and answering questions. We can relate our talk to the lesson being learned in the students’ class. If the group is small, events such as Sika Deer feeds or Elephant encounters are offered. Each class also receives a hands-on presentation with our Education Animal Ambassadors. This is an all day event that includes a lunch break.

ZooSchool costs a small amount more than a routine guided tour, but the price is well worth it!
