Encounters, Feedings, Treks and Tours

Giraffe Feeding:  $40.00 members / $45.00 non-members / prices per person
Take a ride out to the Africa section of the park to meet our tallest member of the Wildlife Safari family. Rangers will introduce you to our giraffe family and help you feed them yummy treats.
RESTRICTIONS: Encounter is limited to guests 3 years and older. Maximum of 6 guests.

Giraffe Barn Feeding:  $40.00 members / $45.00 non-members / prices per person
The Giraffe Barn awaits as you ride out to meet the tallest members of the Wildlife Safari family. Rangers will walk you to the barn and introduce you to our giraffe family and help you feed them yummy treats.
RESTRICTIONS: Encounter is for all ages with proper adult supervision. Large groups can be accommodated.

Hippo/Bongo Enrichment:  $65.00 members / $70 non-members / prices per person
Meet one of our most feared animals and one of our most beautiful animals at the Wildlife Safari.  Join our Rangers in feeding these animals  and watch as they enjoy their enrichment. This encounter is something you will never forget!
RESTRICTIONS: Encounter is for ages 6 and up with proper adult supervision. Limited to 20 guests.

Cheetah Encounters:  $40.00 members / $45.00 non-members / prices per person
Take a walk on the wild side in our cheetah area.  Safely accompanied by our Rangers, you can walk through the cheetah area and get close to the fastest land mammal.  This is also an opportunity to meet our Siberian Tigers outside of your car.
 RESTRICTIONS:  Any age with proper adult supervision

Special Note:  Cheetah will not be touched by guest, but photo opportunity will be available.

Cheetah/Tiger Feed:  $65.00 members / $70.00 non-members / prices per person
Come join our Rangers as they feed the cheetahs and tigers.  Help the Rangers toss the meat through the cheetah feeding chutes.  Then watch as the cats eat their meal.  Adventure continues as you join the Ranger in the tiger huts while the tigers devour their meal.  This experience will be intense and dynamic. 
RESTRICTIONS:  This event is appropriate for ages 10 and over with proper adult supervision. Maximum of 6 guests.  Cheetah only may accommodate larger group and younger children.

90 Minutes Cheetah and Tiger Enrichment Tour: $100 / prices per person
This enrichment tour is a great way for you to connect with the animals in a playful way.  You will be able to enter the tiger yard and place enrichment items around the area, then watch as the tigers play with the items you placed in their pens.  This tour may be booked for either tigers or cheetahs or both. RESTRICTIONS:  Any age with proper adult supervision

Lion Feeding:  $40.00 members / $45.00 non-member / prices per person
Go into the Lions’ den with our Rangers and help feed these fierce creatures.  Get in the middle of our pride of hungry lions as they attack their food a few feet from you.  Meet the members of Wildlife Safari’s lion pride to learn more about lions and their eating habits. 
RESTRICTIONS: This experience is limited to ages 13 and older. This encounter occurs at park closing. Maximum of 6 guests.

Lion/Bear Feeds:  $65.00 members / $70.00 non-members / prices per person
After you feed the lions, continue on to the bear dens with the Rangers.  Help the Rangers feed the bears and bring them in for the night.  Stand back as the animals devour their food.  Meet the members of the Wildlife Safari Brown Bears to learn about bears and their eating habits.
RESTRICTIONS: This experience is limited to ages 13 and older. This encounter occurs at park closing.  Maximum of 6 guests.  * Children may attend bear feeding if able to wait outside of lion huts during lion feeding due to the intensity of the lion experience.

Breakfast with the Bears:  $40.00 members / $45.00 non-members / prices per person

Breakfast with the Bears
Come join Wildlife Safari Brown Bears for breakfast. You begin your day in the bear area with an educational talk about our bears. Load into the your vehicle to watch bears “forage” for scattered enrichment items, mimicking natural behavior.
RESTRICTIONS: Open to all ages with adult supervision.
           
Half day with a Ranger:  $95.00 / prices per person
Follow a Wildlife Safari animal caretaker through their day! Available for any animal department.  Must be 18 years of age or older to do this event. Only two (2) people are allowed to do this event at one time.

Village Encounters:  $100.00 / prices per person
An exciting visit with one or more of the animals that call the Village their home. Village Rangers educate guests about the animals of the Village.  Educational Encounters are available themed around reptiles, mammals, adaptation, habitat, and more. Encounters are a fun addition to parties or with a large group.
RESTRICTIONS: None. 

Ranger Enrichment Run:  $50.00 members / $55.00 non-members / prices per person
The best part of an Ungulate (hoofed animals) Ranger’s day is time spent feeding produce enrichment to the herds in the park. Come and join the fun from the safety of the giraffe truck. Keepers will drive through the sections where guests will aide in the disbursement of treats to the animals.

Elephant Encounter:  $40.00 members / $45.00 non-members / prices per person
Imagine a close encounter with the largest member of the Wildlife Safari Family. Your special experience will include an educational program, a “Meet and Greet” with petting and feeding.  Many photo opportunities for you.
RESTRICTIONS: All ages welcome; however, children must be accompanied by an adult. Maximum of 20 guests.

Pachyderm Picassos:  $45.00 / per masterpiece

Yearning to meet an elephant with a creative side? Travel the Elephants’ area and meet these gentle giants up close and personal. Then choose your color scheme and watch one of our Pachyderm Picassos create an original masterpiece just for you!
RESTRICTIONS: All ages welcome; however, children must be accompanied by an adult. Maximum of 20 guests.

* You are not able to participate in this unless you have scheduled an Elephant Encounter.  The two encounters work together!

Elephant Bath:  $65.00 members / $70.00 non-members
Help the Elephant Department staff bathe Wildlife Safari’s largest family member. Travel to the Elephants’ area and meet these gentle giants up close. Partake in the scrubbing and grooming of one of the world’s largest land mammals!
RESTRICTIONS: All ages welcome; however, children must be accompanied by an adult. Maximum of 20 guests.
